  • Hareket edebilecek konumda iseniz hemen sıcak su uygulaması yapın. Bu kası tamamen gevşetecektir.
  • Sıvı kaybı yaşıyorsanız, su için.
  • Buz tedavisi ne kadar önerilmese de kaslara iyi gelebilir.
  • Krampa uykuda yakandıysanız, sakin olun derin nefes alarak hareket etmeye çalışın eğer gelişme yok ise sıcak su ile bal tüketin.
